Danish Open Sandwiches
Traditionally, Danish open sandwiches are served as smørrebrød with grated horseradish and Danish pickles, better known as “Piccalilli”. All are presented with homemade rye bread and a succulent topping of your choice. From egg with tomato, caviar and shrimps to fish fillet with remoulade and lemonade. Whatever taste you’re craving, our Danish restaurant in Malta offers a wide variety of satisfying flavours to nourish the soul.
Salmon Tartare
A simple, light and luscious salmon tartare that’s sure to tickle your taste buds. A great way to enjoy raw fish and an even better way to entice your appetite. With our own personal stir using the freshest ingredients we’ve created the perfect dish, citrus and dill cured salmon tartare served with toasted peanuts. Seafood Risotto
Our classic paella style risotto with prawns, mussels and saffron let’s all those beautiful savours shine. Prawn’s are considered to be a Scandinavian delicacy and one of the main reasons behind the creation of this seafood splendour. Mustard Infused Rack Of Lamb
